Thank you for provide it on your blog.
I was shocked at the calories my little girl needed daily. I mean when compared to the calories I was eating on Kimkins, her calorie needs as a 7 yo was four times what I was eating daily in calories. Scary!!
It's amazing how little we consumed on Kimkins, isn't it? Amazing, scary, and dangerous!
